Super solar storm - pre warning on news
Super solar storm - pre warning on news... question is, are engineers and governments going to do anything to protect against this. While squatters try to occupy and protest, contributing nothing (slightly unrelated I know).

I got my Patented Propeller Prototype made
I got my Patented Propeller Prototype made, yay!
Now I'm looking for some help in product testing with fluid dynamics.
Before building a full scale product, I would like to optimise the design to produce a more efficient development of the design for further 3D modifications to blade shape.
I was thinking to try and optimise it for max speed around 6000 rpm (typical outboard motor rpm). Really I'd like to break the world water speed record and have other ideas around craft design but this is a first step.

I think this is a world first Augmented Reality (AR) Text To Speech (TTS) mobile interface.
I think this is a world first Augmented Reality (AR) Text To Speech (TTS) mobile interface. I'm been managing projects for layar in the past but have now switched to wikitude. I'm still working on this as I'd like to help blind people know what's around them. I'll keep spending my nights and overdraft on this till I have something really useful. Note the sound volume is very low but there is speech that happens when the user is viewing the object. Oh, and yes, I've also been in contact with computer vision glasses makers, waiting for video input to be added to mobiles also.

InnoCentive
I'm trying to act as a Connector by referring Challenges to a capable audience (you guys who like to solve problems).
I'll apparently earn up to $1500 for each new Solver I refer who wins any Challenge within a year.
Here's a problem that I'd be suprised if there's a better solution for:
"Protecting Silage: Replacing Tarps and Tires on Cattle Farms"Solve this InnoCentive Challenge and win. Award: $15,000 USD

Solar Flares are getting bigger
Solar Flares are getting bigger.
I've mentioned them before. Now they're getting press in reuters, wired etc.
If they're really big, which is very possible, there will be massive magnetic storms. In the past knocked out radio transmitters, electric cables etc but a very large one (expected in next few years) could also wipe out magnetic stored data.
To protect against this I've invented magnetic shield to store things like data archives so we don't go back to a period in history when we didn't have mobiles / computers e.g. 1859... but it's a little expensive... prototype about £20k needed, full room size storage would be min £250k + (Any enterprise / govs please get in contact.)

WalkyTalky
WalkyTalky is an Android application that speaks the address of nearby locations as you pass them. It also provides more direct access to the walking directions component of Google Maps.
